The Roxtoberfest VIP Area Admission is nonrefundable and no returns or refunds will be granted. The Roxborough Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse entrance to the VIP Area of anyone who is visibly intoxicated or posing a danger to themselves or others. No one under the age of 21 is permitted in the Roxtoberfest VIP area, including children.
